Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation

- Images and outputs are retained for as long as your account or project is active, or as required to provide the Service.
Location Data
We may collect location data to support features like region-specific property staging preferences. You can enable or disable this via device/browser settings.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for purposes including:
- To provide and maintain our Service (virtual staging, project management, realtor tools).
- To manage your Account and authentication (email, password, or third-party login via Google/Apple).
- For subscription and payment processing through trusted providers like Stripe and Apple Pay.
- To contact you regarding updates, services, or support.
- To send you promotional content (unless you opt out).
- To improve our Service through analytics and user behavior tracking.
- For business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition).

Retention of Data
- Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with laws.
- Uploaded content (images/projects) is retained until you delete it, or as required for active projects/subscriptions.
- Usage Data may be retained longer for analytics and security purposes.
Security of Data
We use industry-standard practices (encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect Personal Data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
Analytics & Tracking
We use:
- Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for usage insights.
- Clevertap / Mixpanel and other third party tools (if implemented) for engagement tracking.

Payments and Subscriptions
Staging Credits
- The Service currently operates on a credit-based system.
- Each Deco Staging Credit costs $49 and can be purchased directly through the Service.
- Credits are required to run Virtual Staging operations (e.g., staging up to 8 property images per credit).
Discounts and Coupons
- We may provide coupons, referral codes, or promotional offers that reduce the cost of credits or provide additional benefits.
- These discounts are subject to specific terms, including validity periods, eligibility, and redemption limits.
Subscriptions
- In addition to per-credit purchases, we may offer monthly or annual subscription plans.
- Subscription plans will include a fixed number of staging credits per billing cycle.
- Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the plan terms.
- Subscription payments will be billed automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
Enterprise and Team Billing
Organizations (e.g., realtor firms, agencies) may purchase credits or subscriptions for multiple team members under a single account.
An organization admin will have the ability to:
- Allocate or reassign credits to team members.
- Purchase additional credits for the team.
- Manage subscription renewals and cancellations.
In case a team member leaves the organization, the admin may reassign remaining credits or subscriptions to another active member, subject to limits defined in the subscription terms.
Enterprise billing accounts may also include custom pricing, volume discounts, or invoicing arrangements, as agreed with the Company.
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Apple Pay.
- Your payment details are not stored by us but handled by these providers in compliance with their security and privacy policies.
Refunds
- Refunds for credits or subscriptions are handled in accordance with the policies of the relevant payment provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Stripe).
- We do not process refunds directly unless explicitly required by law.
Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Laws)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your Personal Data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

Everything you need to know

Your uploaded property images are processed by our AI to create virtual staging, brochures, and ads. Images are stored securely and retained as long as your account or project is active. We do not sell your images to third parties. You retain all ownership rights to your original images.
If you're part of an Enterprise or Team account, your organization admin can access credit usage history, subscription status, and project activity for collaboration purposes. Admins cannot access your personal login credentials or encrypted payment information. Individual user data is deleted or anonymized upon account closure.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with laws. Uploaded content is retained until you delete it or as required for active projects/subscriptions. Usage data may be retained longer for analytics and security purposes.
Each Deco Staging Credit costs $49 and can stage up to 8 property images. You can purchase credits individually or through monthly/annual subscriptions.
